Our aim at VIE is to help your institution create a valuable, safe, and culturally enriching international experience in order to expand global awareness. We will help students discover and understand the cultural differences and hidden beauties of living in a foreign country.

Our program is completely customizable and has been developed by our local staff made up of experienced professionals. We have a strong passion for Italy that we want to share with foreign students. This program has been created by them specifically to meet your academic objectives by providing the perfect field trips and activities abroad.

VIE has extensive experience collaborating with other faculty-led and customized study abroad programs, from short-term summer courses to semester long and year long experiences.

Creating Your Program

We are able to organize Customized Programs at various times through the year with flexible scheduling and duration. However, they more commonly take place during Spring, Summer, and Winter breaks. The sponsoring U.S. university is responsible for awarding academic credits to students, based on the program they choose.

Most of our Programs are offered in Florence but we are able to offer a variety of Program possibilities across the Italian territory.

VIVITALIA will provide logistical support to tailor this Customized Program to fit your own university’s goals and requirements.
